He sent a text letting us know he was on his way that included a tracker so we could see exactly when he would arrive. This was not an easy job and the technician did it well and communicated throughout. He was timely and professional. Excellent job. I always appreciate the technicians but the schedulers leave much to be desired given that every time I make an appointment the schedulers have overbooked and tried to cancel. My AC unit stopped working and it was because of the safety feature from the furnace. Joel Ramirez came out and was exceptionally nice and professional took care of the small issue and explained what was happening and why happened. He went above and beyond by cleaning the AC unit and explaining any other issues and verified all the coolant levels on the AC unit.
