Just want to tell you how great Joel Ramirez was when he came to our home to work on our air conditioner. He was processional and very knowledgeable. He was excellent at explaining our options to us and very friendly.

Technician Richard Sims was kind, personable, and professional. He gave extra time and care in testing my AC unit.

Adjusting my review to include the plumbing services I received today. Kevin Corrigan came out and provided excellent service. I needed to know where my sewer line ran and he located it quickly and spent time making sure I had all my questions answered.

Was having issues with our A/C. Nicholas Levea with Heart Heating and Cooling came out this morning and did a very thorough inspection and maintenance of the system. He was here for over 2 hours. So helpful and took the time to discuss the system and made maintenance recommendations going forward to help keep the A/C in good condition. Highly recommend. The best!
