Anthony Mitts is an outstanding technician and I hope to have him take care of all my HVAC needs in the future. He was very meticulous with his job and performance. He was able to identify the issue with my gas furnance in a matter of minutes. He followed procedure to the book and was very knowledgable with his set of skills. He genuinely cared about helping us even with a last minute appointment and he wasn't going to leave my house until he knew he could have our furnace working. He was also patient with all of my questions and concerns.

Replacement of our sewer line went fantastic. They used a pipe bursting method, and added pvc pipe through out the system from our house to the city main line. Started at 8am, and finished the project at 4pm. Outstanding service, great communication, and the crew was very polite, respectful, and professional. Thank you Heart plumbing, and heating. We’re satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Heart Heating and Cooling. Joel Ramirez came out to troubleshoot a mini split that wasn’t working properly. He was very professional, quickly identified the issue, explained what was going on, and completed the repair efficiently. I really appreciated his knowledge, communication, and attention to detail! He ended up recharging the line and got it working again quickly!
