We purchased a heat pump and instant water heater from Heart. True, at the time, I felt a bit of up-selling for a nice extra device that would require a lot of tending. After that, service has been quite good and fair priced. Continued maintenance contract appears to be a good buy for us.

Daniel Corpuz was an excellent technician. He explained the problem thoroughly and resolved the issue on the repair and knew exactly what the problem was. I'd give him 5 stars if I could!

Chris (water heater) and Ryan (furnace) came out the same day I called about issues with our water heater and furnace. They diagnosed the problems quickly and explained them clearly. Both were honest, friendly, and able to break things down in terms I could understand. I loved that they weren’t trying to push a sale, and they were extremely trustworthy. In the end, we only had to replace a valve on the water heater, and it was very reasonably priced. I look forward to working with them again.

I posted a review last year when we had our air conditioner replaced. At that time we bought a yearly membership, though I NEVER do that. I have to say, it's been a good thing. They've been out four times now since. I've had their plumber, Jeremiah out to check a drain and today I had Richard Sims out for me free annual furnace inspection. Every employee that we've interacted with is very polite, professional, and someone that you don't mind in your house. They are experts in their trade, detail oriented and have never tried to push any extra services or work. In fact, they've all told me how I can address simple issues myself and to call if I need help. In todays world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this company is a throw back to days of old where treating your customer like family was the standard. I'm not easy to impress and take care of most things myself, but this company has it together. They have my highest recommendation!
