Seneca was super helpful and kind! We had another electrician come in before and he was not helpful at all, but Seneca immediately found the problem and was able to help me and my roommates out!

Trenton Barrance was personable, skilled, and throughal in inspecting my HVAC for the upcoming heat. Thumbs up (finally) on my newer system after past costly fixes. $0 cost with monthly membership that was around $20 per month. I am discontinuing membership going forward.

Don Frisch came out and inspected our home's electric system, and he is the best technician we have had! All Heart technicians are great, but Don went above and beyond by making suggestions and recommendations. Daniel came our 4/15 to look at our drainage issue and was another fantastic Heart representative. Very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend him and Heart!

Trenton did an excellent job with the seasonal inspection of my HVAC unit.

Daniel was very polite and professional. He tested the outlet, checked the lines, was able to find the issue and get things figured out and up and running again. He was very quick, cleaned up any mess he may have made. He explained everything as he was going and went over it again. In the end. I ended up signing up for the care package for other services in my home. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Heart Heating, Cooling, plumbing & Electric.
