We recently used Heart for a complete A/C and heat pump system installation. Our technicians, Justin and Jon, were exceptional. They worked diligently in extreme heat, maintained professionalism, explained the system thoroughly, and cleaned the work area completely afterward. The entire team—from customer service to estimators and technicians—provided clear guidance on options, rebates, and financing. We are repeat customers and will continue to rely on Heart for our home maintenance needs.

Nick was a nice young man. Went right to work, servicing our furnace system. Checking out all the heating/cooling systems. Winter is just around the corner. He seems well trained and can service our system very well. Next week he will replace two important items on the furnace. We also scheduled a free sewer scope.

Richard Sims did a great job and clearly explained all the AC issues on my 23 year old unit. Hoping the new parts will keep it running for a few more years.

This past winter, Ryan also inspected and repaired our snowmelt system with the precision of a surgeon. He is incredibly thorough and takes real pride in getting things right.

Today we had Ish come over and fix my Mother’s ceiling fan and lights. Mom is in Hospice at home and really needed the light and fan. He fixed it in an hour with no charge because we are members.
