Our AC was out on Monday evening I called Heart Heating and Cooling late in the evening, they scheduled me for early the next morning. Richard Sims was our technician, he showed up first thing Tuesday AM. Richard was polite and super professional. Explained everything thing he was doing and got us back up and running ASAP.

I'm very happy with the service we've received from Heart over the last year. Reworking a faulty gas line. PM on our home AC. Everything went well. They crews have been great to work with and don't try to upsell on needless repairs or upgrades. As a tradesman and small business owner myself, I appreciate the transparent approach to ensuring the home owner is left with reliable and safe systems. You can't ask for more than that. Honest, reliable, professional.

Robert and Gianni were wonderful to work with. I’ve noticed that everyone associated with Heart is very friendly and personable and these two were no exception. The work they did was exceptional despite my very challenging home setup. They cleaned up all the packaging from the ceiling fan and took the old light fixture away. I highly recommend this company and especially Robert and Gianni.

Chris was awesome! He was early and the issue we had was a septic issue which he does not take care of but he was able to give me a company name and give them insight on what we had. Thank you Chris!!!

Great experience having Justin A come out and check on my furnace and AC. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He documented everything he did on our unit and the price was very reasonable. I will be using Heart and requesting Justin in the future.
