Adding here that James Gregory came out today to do some warranty work on the installation. An all day affair and explained so clearly what we can do to extend the life and function of our system. So grateful! Ben Miller came to day and squared away a long gremlin we’ve been fighting with the humidifier. Couldn’t be more grateful!

My AFCI breakers were experiencing frequent nuisance tripping from my ham radio. The electrician, Seneca, went above and beyond to help. He spent time researching the problem and was able to find the best solution. He fixed it the same day. The breakers are no longer tripping when the radio transmits.

Kevin watched the video of my main sewer line inspection before performing jetting on the line. He let me know that the main line cleaning recommended my the inspector could damage my type of sewer line and that a less expensive cleaning type on a small section of pipe was all that was needed. I would readily recommend Heart and Kevin to anyone looking for a plumber with integrity.

Professional and easy to work with from start to finish. We had a power outage localized to one circuit in the house and could not get the GFCI to reset. Omar Santana troubleshooted and resolved the primary issue in the same day. They are knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. He was also able to identify opportunities to improve our electrical system. Additionally, he walked us through the benefits of the Heart care plan and financing options. Problem solved and we will be sticking with Heart moving forward. Thanks!
