We scheduled our annual furnace inspection with Heart heating and cooling. Our technician Joel was awesome. He sent a text letting us know he was on his way that included a tracker so we could see exactly when he would arrive. He explained every thing he was going to do in great detail and discussed his findings with us. We highly recommend this company!

This was not an easy job and the technician did it well and communicated throughout. He was timely and professional. Excellent job. I always appreciate the technicians but the schedulers leave much to be desired given that every time I make an appointment the schedulers have overbooked and tried to cancel. This time they made it work and the technician was excellent

Justin was incredible. Great service, knowledgeable, and so friendly. Did so much for us, offered us a water damage remittance and even set up the appointment. This is the kind of guy you can sit down and have beers with. Felt more like a friend coming over for repairs than a repairman.

My AC unit stopped working and it was because of the safety feature from the furnace. Joel Ramirez came out and was exceptionally nice and professional took care of the small issue and explained what was happening and why happened. He went above and beyond by cleaning the AC unit and explaining any other issues and verified all the coolant levels on the AC unit.

Our 6 year old AC unit shut off. With two 5 year old English Sheepdogs that’s not a good thing bc they can overheat quickly.

I called to see what the issue was and thankfully it’s just the filters were dirty and all the numbers were going down to normal levels.

I woke up to find a substantial leak from a pipe in my basement. Trusting Dave Logan’s recommendation, I contacted Heart Plumbing and Heating and they were able to send a plumber out right away. Davion was very professional and was able to give me an estimate within five minutes. The repair was done quickly and Davion was great in showing me his new tools that are used in connecting copper, without sweating them. My leak was repaired quickly and efficiently.

Justin has been well trained. He understood our system front to back. He proposed upgrades to the system. Most of them were to prevent issues from happening should a leak happen, when we least expect one. He is defiantly a seasoned veteran Happy to have him, look after our heat, water, electrical systems. These folks are well trained.

Update June 2026
Had an issue with my electrical box on my patio. Heart came out with 48 hours to inspect why it wasn't working. The tech was friendly and professional. He was able to assess the issue and correct. In addition he made sure connections and outlets were properly installed. Also because we are in the program the visit and work was covered.

Update 10/27/25
Corrections were need and Justin was great yet again. We needed the safety switch replaced that was inadvertently broken during the maintenance check the other week. While Justin was making that correction he turned on the humidifier and did a quick check to make sure it was running properly. Lastly, he noticed a small leak from hose leading to the drain. He put on a hose clamp and addressed the issue. Little quick fixes like that eliminate a need to have a another visit from a technician in the future. Thank you Justin.

Wonderful service by Justin Anderson! We needed a couple of parts replaced for our furnace and he was able to get them ordered and installed within 24hrs. Once the work was complete, he stayed to ensure that the temperature of our home was in fact rising before leaving. He was very professional and easy to work with. Once again, we had to report another successful experience with HEART's HVAC team. Thank you.

Great service by Jamie Hietman. Annual AC maintenance. AC is 10 years old and Jamie provide multiple options on services that are required at this life of the unit. Jamie even provided a priority list of items to perform this year that will provide a better quality on the unit over next several years.

He even assisted with when to turn off the humidifier and process to turn off for the summer and fall months.

January of 2023
Had a humidifier put in to help with the humidity in our house. The house was hovering between 8%-15% on average before. Now the house runs between 30%-35%. Huge improvement on static and house being too dry.

Spring of 2022
We also had a great experience with their plumbing division as well when we started hearing noise in the piping. Heart come out the same day, assessed the situation and provided their feedback on what our issue was. The tech was friendly and courtesy considering it was just an air pocket causing the issue.

Summer is 2021
We had a whole house fan installed. The tech, Kelly Smith, was responsive, professional and up front about the process. Due to the pandemic and supply issues it took about 2 weeks to get the fan installed, but it was worth the wait. All that was left for us to do post installation was fill the drill holes and paint the ceiling around the unit, minor fix.

We love the fan, it cools the house within 30 minutes when on low and allows us to not have to run the AC continuously overnight after these hot summer days in Denver.

We joined the annual program which allows for annual tune up on the furnace, AC, plumbing and electrical. Also get discount on pricing, work being done.

Daniel did a excellent job with his inspection and explanation of our plumbing and water quality concerns,

Bill was a great worker and very dedicated to helping resolve our plumbing problems. Bill didn’t leave until everything was working and satisfactory for us.

Installed a water filtration with very little disruption to our daily activities.

Nick was a nice young man. Went right to work, servicing our furnace system. Checking out all the heating/cooling systems. Winter is just around the corner. He seems well trained and can service our system very well. Next week he will replace two important items on the furnace. We also scheduled a free sewer scope.

Our AC was out on Monday evening I called Heart Heating and Cooling late in the evening, they scheduled me for early the next morning. Richard Sims was our technician, he showed up first thing Tuesday AM. Richard was polite and super professional. Explained everything thing he was doing and got us back up and running ASAP.

They crews have been great to work with and don't try to upsell on needless repairs or upgrades. My brand new Construction house had an AC unit that was barely out of warranty when it died. I had gotten it fixed once or twice My heart and they were always fair and prompt and communicated well. When we couldn’t fix it anymore and I had to get a new heat pump, they explained everything and spent lots of time explaining things to me and making sure I was comfortable. They gave me an amazing price helped me with the rebate from Excel and we’re generally extremely kind and respectful of my property and my family. I cannot say enough good things about them I will be a loyal customer for many years to come.

Kevin C. came over to take care of our plumbing issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. This is the perfect plumber. We will have him back to our home for other issues. What a gem.

Our home is under contract to selI, the home inspection is scheduled in 2 days. We experienced electrical issues with some of our lighting today. I called Heart Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electric at Noon today & explained our situation. They were able to get a technician to our home by 1:30 the same day! Seneca quickly identified the problem & repairs were completed. This is not the first time we've used this company, our last experience with them was fabulous. This company was great from the very beginning. Communication was great, from phone calls and texts, even tracking to update on timing for when the team would arrive. They were pet friendly and did a great job working around or home to solve a problem that was very tricky. They took their time, kept us updated about options and discoveries, and we had a great solution by the end of the appointment. Will keep their number and for sure call them again in the future.

Seth solved my problems

Joel Ramirez was awesome! He came to fix our HVAC in the middle of a heat wave. He quickly found the issue with water and gunk accumulating in the drain of the drip pan. He flushed out the existing clogs and fixed the whole system so that it would flow properly and prevent future clogs.

Nick was diligent, dedicated, kind, efficient, and explained everything well.

It was a 100 degrees outside and one guy was in the attic putting vent pipes in and since they were putting a new swamp cooler in it all was hot. The men were very professional and they did a great job.

We had two recent services with Heart for HVAC and plumbing, both went great! Ryan and Seth arrived on time, were polite and professional, and took extra time to inform us of how our condo was looking and providing future recommendations without being pushy or upselling. Will absolutely continue working with Heart for our needs!

Easily the best. I had an issue with my mini split from a not so great installer that wasn’t Heart. (First mistake) dealt with it being lack luster for about a year. (Second mistake) called Heart hvac and they sent Nichloas Levea out for the repair. Nichloas was prompt and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to do the repair the same day.

While this isn’t the first time using Heart, they continually impress us with the caliber of service they provide.

11/10 will definitely recommend to everyone.

Basic service on our air-conditioning system reviewed a set of fill valves that where leaking oil which indicates signs of potential failure. Simple replacement with no mess or fuss. Great job.

Anthony Mitts is an outstanding technician and I hope to have him take care of all my HVAC needs in the future. He was very meticulous with his job and performance. He was able to identify the issue with my gas furnance in a matter of minutes. He followed procedure to the book and was very knowledgable with his set of skills. He genuinely cared about helping us even with a last minute appointment and he wasn't going to leave my house until he knew he could have our furnace working. He was also patient with all of my questions and concerns.

Replacement of our sewer line went fantastic. They used a pipe bursting method, and added pvc pipe through out the system from our house to the city main line. Started at 8am, and finished the project at 4pm. Outstanding service, great communication, and the crew was very polite, respectful, and professional. Thank you Heart plumbing, and heating. We’re satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommended.
