I could not be more pleased with the work that was done by Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. I was looking for help with our outdoor sump pump. Everything was addressed to my satisfaction. Then, I began a conversation with other things I had noticed in our home. My bathtub drains were fixed - they repaired a botched job done by a different company that ghosted us when we tried to get it resolved. Seth came over multiple days and explained everything that was going on. He clearly communicated why and how things were done. He pointed out some additional things that we should watch and provided me all of the information that I needed to make the best decision for my situation.
I highly recommend this company who will give it to you straight, do the job right, and do it with quality and care - all at a price that is fair and understandable.

Nick was methodical. Didn't rush into a diagnosis that probably would've cost more. He was awesome!!

The team was great! I reached out when my furnace wouldn’t start and heard back right away. They got Joel out to my house within an hour. He took apart the furnace and confirmed that unfortunately it was toast, but got me set up with a quote for what I really wanted, which was a whole new Heat pump system. Victor and Joel got the old furnace out and Nick and the install team got the new one in place with the heat pump. It was a long, late day for the team, but I finally am heating my house again.

Update:
We had a code flashing on our furnace at 11pm last night. Called Heart at 7:30am the following morning, Trenton Barrance was here before 9:30am. He inspected the furnace and stayed for a while making sure the code didn't pop up again. Thanks again Trenton & Heart.

Great people that know there products.

I called them for a potential water leak because my water bill was unusually high. Justin came to do an assessment and was very honest. Nothing was wrong other than extra daily usage based on the meter etc. I've had bad experiences in the past where auditors try to find something to fix and charge me for unnecessary work. This was not the case with Justin. We discussed some plumbing issues I've had in the past and sold me on getting the cheap subscription which sounds like a great deal. I'll call and set that up next spring when I'm predicting some work to be done on my furnace. I wasn't charged for the inspection. He never acted like it was a waste of his time and was friendly during the entire interaction.

Nic was very professional, cordial. He explained what he was doing and why. He had to get a part that had failed and explained the reason behind the failures. He was respectful. We respect his work ethic, and will and ask for him again.

Trenton performed our annual furnace check up. This is the second year in a row he’s done this service. He’s thorough, professional, and a great communicator. We have trusted Heart with a number of installations in our home (HVAC, hot water heater) and their work is top quality, the products they sell are the best, and their service plan is exceptional.

Fan/light installed on 20 ft ceiling. Worker were prompt, friendly, efficient, accommodating, and cleaned up. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It is our first time using Heart. We’ve had Outstanding service from Daniel. He is conscientious and he explains things very well.
We are going to consider getting the flow tech. We’re leaning heavily in that direction and will make the decision by Monday, 10/12/26.

Richard came by today to winterize my swamp cooler. He was quick, thorough, and efficient. I have an annual contract with Heart and it really pays off. I have always had great service from Heart, and Richard was awesome.

I highly recommend having Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electric take care of all your HVAC needs! Recently, Josh Oliva, Victor Zubia, Justin Anderson, and Jon Estes installed a totally new HVAC system consisting of a new heat pump, a new high-efficiency furnace, and a new evaporator coil to replace our faltering 21-year-old furnace & A/C. The cost was very reasonable and this team worked tirelessly to install it in one day! They also checked to see that our smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were installed & up-to-code! The team was VERY CLEAN & put carpet & wood floor protectors down where they were working! Heart HCP&E are exceptional!!

Trenton Barrance from Heart Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric did an outstanding job evaluating our 21-year-old furnace to determine if there were any hazardous leaks or other problems requiring repair. Based on his analysis, we decided it was time for a new HVAC system. Trenton is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He also told me about The Heart Care Plan that offers an amazing number of free or discounted services. I highly recommend having Trenton take care of all your HVAC needs!

Omar and Michael did a thorough diagnostic check on my electrical system and made various recommendations for long term mitigation steps against future issues. They added an external surge protector to the breaker box that will work to protect our household against future electrical power surges.

Had our annual preventative maintenance for HVAC today and was fortunate enough to have Ben Miller be our technician. He spent extra time walking me through all systems, what additional items we should be doing to help take care of the HVAC system throughout the year, and was a general joy to welcome into our home. Couldn’t recommend him more.

We purchased a heat pump and instant water heater from Heart. True, at the time, I felt a bit of up-selling for a nice extra device that would require a lot of tending. After that, service has been quite good and fair priced. Continued maintenance contract appears to be a good buy for us.

Daniel Corpuz was an excellent technician. He explained the problem thoroughly and resolved the issue on the repair and knew exactly what the problem was. I'd give him 5 stars if I could!

Chris (water heater) and Ryan (furnace) came out the same day I called about issues with our water heater and furnace. They diagnosed the problems quickly and explained them clearly. Both were honest, friendly, and able to break things down in terms I could understand. I loved that they weren’t trying to push a sale, and they were extremely trustworthy. In the end, we only had to replace a valve on the water heater, and it was very reasonably priced. I look forward to working with them again.

I posted a review last year when we had our air conditioner replaced. At that time we bought a yearly membership, though I NEVER do that. I have to say, it's been a good thing. They've been out four times now since. I've had their plumber, Jeremiah out to check a drain and today I had Richard Sims out for me free annual furnace inspection. Every employee that we've interacted with is very polite, professional, and someone that you don't mind in your house. They are experts in their trade, detail oriented and have never tried to push any extra services or work. In fact, they've all told me how I can address simple issues myself and to call if I need help. In todays world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, this company is a throw back to days of old where treating your customer like family was the standard. I'm not easy to impress and take care of most things myself, but this company has it together. They have my highest recommendation!

We scheduled our annual furnace inspection with Heart heating and cooling. Our technician Joel was awesome. He sent a text letting us know he was on his way that included a tracker so we could see exactly when he would arrive. This was not an easy job and the technician did it well and communicated throughout. He was timely and professional. Excellent job. I always appreciate the technicians but the schedulers leave much to be desired given that every time I make an appointment the schedulers have overbooked and tried to cancel. This time they made it work and the technician was excellent

Justin was incredible. Great service, knowledgeable, and so friendly. Did so much for us, offered us a water damage remittance and even set up the appointment. This is the kind of guy you can sit down and have beers with. Felt more like a friend coming over for repairs than a repairman.

My AC unit stopped working and it was because of the safety feature from the furnace. Joel Ramirez came out and was exceptionally nice and professional took care of the small issue and explained what was happening and why happened. He went above and beyond by cleaning the AC unit and explaining any other issues and verified all the coolant levels on the AC unit.

Today we had Ish come over and fix my Mother’s ceiling fan and lights. Mom is in Hospice at home and really needed the light and fan. He fixed it in an hour with no charge because we are members.

Heart was an exceptional company to work with. Nicholas, our main HVAC technician was professional, knowledgeable, took time to explain and answer any questions I had.

Our 6 year old AC unit shut off. With two 5 year old English Sheepdogs that’s not a good thing bc they can overheat quickly.

I called to see what the issue was and thankfully it’s just the filters were dirty and all the numbers were going down to normal levels.

I woke up to find a substantial leak from a pipe in my basement. Trusting Dave Logan’s recommendation, I contacted Heart Plumbing and Heating and they were able to send a plumber out right away. Davion was very professional and was able to give me an estimate within five minutes. The repair was done quickly and Davion was great in showing me his new tools that are used in connecting copper, without sweating them. My leak was repaired quickly and efficiently.

Justin has been well trained. He understood our system front to back. He proposed upgrades to the system. Most of them were to prevent issues from happening should a leak happen, when we least expect one. He is defiantly a seasoned veteran Happy to have him, look after our heat, water, electrical systems. These folks are well trained.

Update June 2026
Had an issue with my electrical box on my patio. Heart came out with 48 hours to inspect why it wasn't working. The tech was friendly and professional. He was able to assess the issue and correct. In addition he made sure connections and outlets were properly installed. Also because we are in the program the visit and work was covered.

Update 10/27/25
Corrections were need and Justin was great yet again. We needed the safety switch replaced that was inadvertently broken during the maintenance check the other week. While Justin was making that correction he turned on the humidifier and did a quick check to make sure it was running properly. Lastly, he noticed a small leak from hose leading to the drain. He put on a hose clamp and addressed the issue. Little quick fixes like that eliminate a need to have a another visit from a technician in the future. Thank you Justin.

Wonderful service by Justin Anderson! We needed a couple of parts replaced for our furnace and he was able to get them ordered and installed within 24hrs. Once the work was complete, he stayed to ensure that the temperature of our home was in fact rising before leaving. He was very professional and easy to work with. Great service by Jamie Hietman. Annual AC maintenance. AC is 10 years old and Jamie provide multiple options on services that are required at this life of the unit. Jamie even provided a priority list of items to perform this year that will provide a better quality on the unit over next several years.

He even assisted with when to turn off the humidifier and process to turn off for the summer and fall months.

January of 2023
Had a humidifier put in to help with the humidity in our house. The house was hovering between 8%-15% on average before. Now the house runs between 30%-35%. Huge improvement on static and house being too dry.

Spring of 2022
We also had a great experience with their plumbing division as well when we started hearing noise in the piping. Heart come out the same day, assessed the situation and provided their feedback on what our issue was. The tech was friendly and courtesy considering it was just an air pocket causing the issue.

Summer is 2021
We had a whole house fan installed. The tech, Kelly Smith, was responsive, professional and up front about the process. Due to the pandemic and supply issues it took about 2 weeks to get the fan installed, but it was worth the wait. All that was left for us to do post installation was fill the drill holes and paint the ceiling around the unit, minor fix.

We love the fan, it cools the house within 30 minutes when on low and allows us to not have to run the AC continuously overnight after these hot summer days in Denver.

We joined the annual program which allows for annual tune up on the furnace, AC, plumbing and electrical. Also get discount on pricing, work being done.

Bill was a great worker and very dedicated to helping resolve our plumbing problems. Bill didn’t leave until everything was working and satisfactory for us.
