Ben was awesome. We had had another company come out and look at our non-working AC unit. They immediately told us it was a bad compressor and that the fix would be 4,000 plus. We called Heart to get a second opinion. Ben caught things that never crossed the first company's radar, diagnosed the problem (not the compressor) and had our unit up and running in minutes. Saved us literally thousands of dollars. Can't recommend enough.

Nicholas did a great job getting our a/c back online. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Daniel was terrific . He scoped our sewer line as part of our membership perks and explained what he saw and reassured us all looked good. He also checked on an outside hose valve that was rebuilt by another employee last week and was very stiff and hard to turn. He suggested we use it a week or two and see if it doesn’t loosen with use, otherwise he will be glad to redo for us.

Trenton came out for the annual A/C check and he was very thorough. His recommendation was to have a thorough cleaning. The next day he got everything finished. He is probably the most thorough that’s been here for A/C and furnace. He was awesome.

Ryan diagnosed a problem with my cooler thermostat. He replaced it and it’s working well.

John and Jeremy did the installation of a full AC unit. Everyone at this company is extremely polite. They were able to install the entire unit within 24 hours of my service call and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for any air-conditioning issues you may have. Hopefully I won’t need them in the future but if another AC goes down I will be contacting heart. Rikey and Joel assessed the issue and gave me the quote.

Scheduled conveniently on line with Heart. They sent Seneca at my requested time. He gave me all my options for installing a ceiling fan on my patio. He agreed to come back the next morning with all the parts & installed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with his service & the outcome.

6/1/26 A new AC/heat pump was installed. The Heart Heating Team Victor Gallegos, Comfort Advisor, Rick Salter, Installed the Heat Pump outside, Ryan Strock, installed the (Evaporator Coil) downstairs were all great. They worked well with one another, very knowledgeable & did a good job. They answered all my questions. They are definitely assets to the company!

Richard was very knowledgeable and professional...and friendly! We talked about the San Antonio Spurs while waiting for the A/C to calibrate!

Saturday we had hot water. Sunday we did not. Daniel from the Heart team had us fixed Monday, but we needed a new hot water heater. I knew we needed the replacement done, so we scheduled it the next day. Daniel did a fantastic job. He was responsive and very professional. It was another great experience with the Heart team. ____________ We just had Don out to do our annual electrical check up. Don was great. Not only did he do the full inspection, but he had suggestions for a problem I had with my favorite standing lamp that had stopped working. He also quickly turned around an estimate to replace 3 old florescent ceiling fixtures that we have been wanting to address for a long time. As always, the Heart team delivered! ____________ We had Justin Anderson our for this years annual AC and furnace inspection. Justin was great. He was on time, professional and answered all of our questions. As always, it was a great experience with the Heart team. ____________ We just had Jamie out to do an annual inspection on our furnace and AC. 5 Star service. Jamie was on time, explained how things looked, and left us with some options to consider. He also set up an appointment for some electrical work we are planning. It was a great experience as usual from Jamie and the Heart team. ____________ We needed to upgrade out electrical panel for a solar project. Keith from Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric worked with us to explain options for the upgrade, provided an estimate to do the upgrade, and had the main panel replacement scheduled within a week. He got the work done faster than his estimated time and the quality of the work was outstanding. He made not having power for the day so much less painful than it might have been. All told, Keith and Heart Heating were easy to work with and solved our serious problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone...and actually already have.

Ben Miller provided phenomenal guidance on correcting an issue where buying a replacement thermostat on Amazon led to finding out it was a stolen product. He saved us $3k and gave advice on who to talk to and what next steps should be.

We were having problems with our air conditioning unit. Heart's technician, Joel Ramirez, quickly diagnosed and rectified the problem. He then performed a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. During the inspection he found a problem unrelated to the original and we are now in the process of addressing it. Joel was on time, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The electrician, Robert, was very professional in detecting the problem.

My hot water heater needed replaced. Heart heating and plumbing came out to replace it. My technician was Danial. He did a wonderful job. He was polite and put up with my dogs. I don’t know a lot about plumbing but it looked better than anything the past company did. He also installed something to help with my hard water build up. I had asked the past company about the build up but they said there was nothing I could do beyond my water softener. It’s nice to have knowledgeable people working on your house projects.

They were much more thorough than other companies. I felt like I could trust their work. Will follow up if anything bad happens.

James Gregory has been our HVAC specialist for a few years . He gave us phone call before arriving with plenty of advanced notice. When he arrived he put shoe covers on to keep our house clean. He was here to inspect the condition of our air conditioning unit. After doing the inside inspection, he & my husband went outside to inspect to outside unit. He took pictures of the different areas and showed us them. He formed a plan for the maintenance and scheduled the next appointment to complete the work. He also recommended the maintenance package to help us receive a discount. We totally recommend James and Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing Electric.

The tech did an awesome job servicing my hvac system. Full thorough inspection and cleaning. While looking over the furnace found a small gas leak and was able to fix the next day after locating parts. He then added another carbon monoxide detector for ongoing precaution for the future. The Heart team installed a new Furnace and AC for me. Everyone I interacted with from Heart was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with, from Victor G. on the estimate, Victor Z and Josh on the install, and Robert the electrician who finalized everything on the install. The office and dispatch people are friendly and easy to work with. The install Victor Z and Josh did was clean and professionally done. They even tied my humidifier drip line into the drip line from the A/C coil, which is a great improvement from the old installation - and they did that just as good service, not on my request. They upgraded my breaker for the A/C, just to ensure no issue would be found at inspection. Amazing company to work with!

I highly recommend Heart to everyone! We had a plumbing issue related to a grinder pump in our in-law suite where an aging relative is living. The pump was acting up and the pipes were not draining. Not all plumbers are able to work on plumbing connected to grinder pumps. I called Heart late afternoon yesterday and explained our issue. They confirmed they were skilled in working on grinder pumps and fit us in to the schedule for first thing this morning. The company texted a tracking app when the tech was on his way so we knew exactly when to expect him. Kevin the plumber also called to confirm he was on his way. Thankfully Kevin was able to fix the issue with our grinder pump and also put a camera through our drain pipes to determine any further drain issues. He provided us with valuable information on what we needed to do to maintain good drainage with our grinder pump. Kevin also gave us details on the maintenance package the company offers. Their program offers several inspections/maintenance items that are more than worth the annual fee and we will be signing up! It is great to have such amazing service and we will be using Heart for all our plumbing and HVAC maintenance in the future! Once again I highly recommend Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric!!!

Had 2 HVAC install crews out to the house today to install 2 new heat pump systems. Justin A, Josh O, Jon E, Ryan S (ridiculously impressive beard!) and Taylor L (electrician) were awesome! I should also mention that Riley L, who came out for the consultation and sale was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, didn't pressure me to buy, followed up with me when I asked him to, and supported me through the financing application (the financing vendor had an issue that required me to call them and Riley was available on the weekend to help provide information they needed for the application). Each guy came in and introduced themselves to me (very important to me) - all were very friendly, personable, courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. They made sure my floors and carpets were well protected, asked where they could park (they had 3 large trucks), and cleaned up after themselves very well. The new systems took nearly an entire day to install, but when the job was done they still took the time to give me a tour of the system and made sure I was comfortable using the new thermostats. The entire process was pretty smooth and painless (which with a big project like this isn't a given!). I highly recommend considering Heart for all of your HVAC needs! And while I hope the guys don't need to return, I look forward to working with each of them again in the future!

All the technicians work to do a good job and are willing to explain what they're doing. They always review what they've done. All have been polite and helpful. 6/5/2025 Update: Had continuing bathroom sink drain problems from poorly done builder piping with non-code materials. The technician, Darren, replaced that with well-executed, clean piping. Sinks now drain like a charm. Beautifully done work, quick and efficient. Just had Ben check my heating system for the upcoming winter. One of the benefits of (inexpensive) membership is free, regular system checks (heating, cooling, & plumbing); also discounts on service work. Well worth the minimal cost. I've never had problems with Heart. Ben also gave advice on protecting my systems during upcoming basement remodeling. 4/9/2026 Update: Continued excellent service by Heart. Ben checked and tuned my cooling system for the summer and added a compressor saver to the a/c to soften the power surge when the system starts, thereby extending system life. As always, quick and efficient work and clear explanations. 5/11/3026 Update: Becoming a member is inexpensive and has its perks. A plumbing issue came up yesterday (Sunday) evening. It was important but not time critical. A technician was here this morning to address it. Gerardo is a master plumber. He explained what he was doing, gladly answering any questions. On a related issue, we discussed options and risks when problems arose. He didn't just muscle through it at the risk of damaging something or try to sell me other, more expensive services. Heart technicians really look out for their customers. Technicians like Gerardo are why Heart is my go-to home utilities service and repair company.

5 star rating for this company because of their superior customer service. Every time I need something they send someone almost immediately or the next day. This last appointment was for a routine inspection and Joel ramirez was very thorough , professional , explained and showed me everything about my hvac system. Highest honors for that guy as he seemed to really love his job and help and educate people about the hvac industry. A couple of other professionals that really stood out were Justin Anderson, Ruben tapia, Charles ozment. I just recently had a brand new hvac system and water heater installed by this company and they did an amazing job with superior quality equipment and workmanship. Adding here that James Gregory came out today to do some warranty work on the installation. An all day affair and explained so clearly what we can do to extend the life and function of our system. My AFCI breakers were experiencing frequent nuisance tripping from my ham radio. The electrician, Seneca, went above and beyond to help. He spent time researching the problem and was able to find the best solution. He fixed it the same day. The breakers are no longer tripping when the radio transmits.

Kevin watched the video of my main sewer line inspection before performing jetting on the line. He let me know that the main line cleaning recommended my the inspector could damage my type of sewer line and that a less expensive cleaning type on a small section of pipe was all that was needed. I would readily recommend Heart and Kevin to anyone looking for a plumber with integrity.

Omar Santana troubleshooted and resolved the primary issue in the same day. They are knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. (April 2026) Thank you to Robert Carpenter (electrical inspection) for coming out and being patient while he hunted for my poorly placed GFCI outlet (in a random closet of all places, behind the door, in the basement) for my outside outlets. He was quick, thoughtful of my house / space, and helpful with suggestions, reasons, and options. Also, thank you, David Loya (plumbing inspection) for taking care of my plumbing system and sharing his findings and quotes! And then especially Trenton Barrance, who I worked with a couple months ago when my house wasn't heating. He came to do the HVAC (furnace and AC) inspection this time and found some performance issues with my AC. He worked with me to answer my questions and concerns around the work to be done as well as coordinating with his team for a follow-up to dive deeper into the AC issues on a day when I'm available so we can find the right solution. Thank you for all the great help! EDIT: Did an installation of BOTH my AC and Water Heater and am very pleased with the service. Richard B, Ryan S, and Justin A all were involved for effectively the entire day and was able to adjust quickly with my sprinkler activation crew arriving early afternoon to get the water back on in time. Work itself looks professional and like they took quality care in ensuring it is all installed and working well. They then did a helpful walkthrough of all the changes and new units so I can feel comfortable with how things look and are set up. The three of them appeared as a team working well together and coordinating seamlessly. Overall, exceptional work! Thank you!

We had an issue with a kitchen sink drain overflow. Daniel C came out, recognized the problem and a faulty design by the plumber who did the prior work, and replumbed the drain in a better, more effective and cleaner design. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We’ve been very pleased with all of the work Heart has done for us.
