Ben was punctual, friendly, polite, respectful of the home, and incredibly knowledgeable.
I was busy with work today, but Ben did his thing after I showed him around, he took lots of pics and walked me through his findings at the end. Ben, then made a few recommendations to protect our AC systems, but didn't pressure me into buying anything.
