Thank you!!!! Update - Chris was super helpful today and quick! Got all my outlets updated and serviced. Preventative maintenance with Heart is saving me thousands.

Kevin is an extraordinary tech! Even though he was there just to do a scope from our clean out to the street, he explained everything, left everything in good order, and answered questions without hesitation. If we ever have a need, we will be asking for him!

Nicholas did a great job getting our a/c back online. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Daniel was terrific . He scoped our sewer line as part of our membership perks and explained what he saw and reassured us all looked good. He also checked on an outside hose valve that was rebuilt by another employee last week and was very stiff and hard to turn. He suggested we use it a week or two and see if it doesn’t loosen with use, otherwise he will be glad to redo for us.

Richard was great! Very patient while troubleshooting our mini split issue.
