Professional and easy to work with from start to finish. We had a power outage localized to one circuit in the house and could not get the GFCI to reset. Omar Santana troubleshooted and resolved the primary issue in the same day. They are knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. He was also able to identify opportunities to improve our electrical system. Additionally, he walked us through the benefits of the Heart care plan and financing options. Problem solved and we will be sticking with Heart moving forward. Thanks!
