I requested to have a plumber come out to check my lines from a toilet overflow. Thank goodness Daniel Corpuz checked my water heater as well!!!! He noticed corrosion all over this seemingly 4-year-old water heater and suggested it be replaced immediately. When he was able to book me the very next day. When he pulled the "old" one out it leaked a bit into the neighbor's garage. Thank goodness we replaced today before it became a much bigger & much more expensive issue. I wish the equipment cost less, but I'm glad to have quality work done so that I can feel confident that the new system will last as long or longer than the old one did.
