This company was great from the very beginning. Communication was great, from phone calls and texts, even tracking to update on timing for when the team would arrive. They were pet friendly and did a great job working around or home to solve a problem that was very tricky. They took their time, kept us updated about options and discoveries, and we had a great solution by the end of the appointment. Will keep their number and for sure call them again in the future.

Seth solved my problems

Joel Ramirez was awesome! He came to fix our HVAC in the middle of a heat wave. He quickly found the issue with water and gunk accumulating in the drain of the drip pan. He flushed out the existing clogs and fixed the whole system so that it would flow properly and prevent future clogs.

Nick was diligent, dedicated, kind, efficient, and explained everything well.

It was a 100 degrees outside and one guy was in the attic putting vent pipes in and since they were putting a new swamp cooler in it all was hot. The men were very professional and they did a great job.

We had two recent services with Heart for HVAC and plumbing, both went great! Ryan and Seth arrived on time, were polite and professional, and took extra time to inform us of how our condo was looking and providing future recommendations without being pushy or upselling. Will absolutely continue working with Heart for our needs!

Easily the best. I had an issue with my mini split from a not so great installer that wasn’t Heart. (First mistake) dealt with it being lack luster for about a year. (Second mistake) called Heart hvac and they sent Nichloas Levea out for the repair. Nichloas was prompt and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to do the repair the same day.

While this isn’t the first time using Heart, they continually impress us with the caliber of service they provide.

11/10 will definitely recommend to everyone.

Basic service on our air-conditioning system reviewed a set of fill valves that where leaking oil which indicates signs of potential failure. Simple replacement with no mess or fuss. Great job.

The Heart electricians did an excellent job wiring several machine tools at my garage condo. The electricians were very professional and courteous, they kept me informed of their progress and took time to answer any questions I had. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Great job!

Kevin C came out to inspect a simple drainage issue. He found the cause of the problem and informed us, in laymen’s terms, what the issue was and how to repair it at an affordable rate.

Anthony Mitts is an outstanding technician and I hope to have him take care of all my HVAC needs in the future. He was very meticulous with his job and performance. He was able to identify the issue with my gas furnance in a matter of minutes. He followed procedure to the book and was very knowledgable with his set of skills. He genuinely cared about helping us even with a last minute appointment and he wasn't going to leave my house until he knew he could have our furnace working. He was also patient with all of my questions and concerns.

Replacement of our sewer line went fantastic. They used a pipe bursting method, and added pvc pipe through out the system from our house to the city main line. Started at 8am, and finished the project at 4pm. Outstanding service, great communication, and the crew was very polite, respectful, and professional. Thank you Heart plumbing, and heating. We’re satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommended.

We closed on a quote for a heat pump with Victor Gallegos on a Sunday who was very responsive and the next day he had Justin Anderson and Jon Estes come out for the install. Finally replaced our 20+ year old AC unit. They were professional and respectful the entire time, working through the heat inside and outside. We were amazed by the speed, convenience, and value every step of the Heart HVAC experience. Thank you all for everything!

Adjusting my review to include the plumbing services I received today. Kevin Corrigan came out and provided excellent service. I needed to know where my sewer line ran and he located it quickly and spent time making sure I had all my questions answered.

Was having issues with our A/C. Nicholas Levea with Heart Heating and Cooling came out this morning and did a very thorough inspection and maintenance of the system. He was here for over 2 hours. So helpful and took the time to discuss the system and made maintenance recommendations going forward to help keep the A/C in good condition. Highly recommend. The best!

Ben and Justin did a great job getting my air conditioner up and running. They were thorough in diagnosing the problem and quick in getting it fixed.

Cameron responded to my scheduling request right away and let me know when their tech would arrive. My tech was Daniel Corpuz. He arrived promptly and fixed a leaky supply line, then answered a bunch of questions I had about all the systems in my house. He is knowledgeable about codes, trends in the industry, and every product Heart offers, plus more. He has an amazing attitude and understands the quirks of old houses. This last part is very important to me, and I will be looking to Heart for future projects.

Heart Heating and Cooling has been very professional and worked with me on some scheduling changes. Trenton just came for a routine diagnostic and was friendly and thoroughly explained stuff to me.

The quick turnaround was amazing. Called 6/19 and had a technician, James, out here 6/21 to check our AC/heater for any leaks. Thankfully none were reported and James did a very thorough job checking all the corners in my attic and using different tests. Greatly appreciate the peace of mind!

I’d love to see stuff like fireplace and general handyman options so I could go through one company for everything I need.

Ben was awesome. We had had another company come out and look at our non-working AC unit. They immediately told us it was a bad compressor and that the fix would be 4,000 plus. We called Heart to get a second opinion. Ben caught things that never crossed the first company's radar, diagnosed the problem (not the compressor) and had our unit up and running in minutes. Saved us literally thousands of dollars. Can't recommend enough.

Daniel was terrific . He scoped our sewer line as part of our membership perks and explained what he saw and reassured us all looked good. He also checked on an outside hose valve that was rebuilt by another employee last week and was very stiff and hard to turn. He suggested we use it a week or two and see if it doesn’t loosen with use, otherwise he will be glad to redo for us.

Trenton came out for the annual A/C check and he was very thorough. His recommendation was to have a thorough cleaning. The next day he got everything finished. He is probably the most thorough that’s been here for A/C and furnace. He was awesome.

Ryan diagnosed a problem with my cooler thermostat. He replaced it and it’s working well.

John and Jeremy did the installation of a full AC unit. Everyone at this company is extremely polite. They were able to install the entire unit within 24 hours of my service call and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for any air-conditioning issues you may have. Hopefully I won’t need them in the future but if another AC goes down I will be contacting heart. Rikey and Joel assessed the issue and gave me the quote.

Scheduled conveniently on line with Heart. They sent Seneca at my requested time. He gave me all my options for installing a ceiling fan on my patio. He agreed to come back the next morning with all the parts & installed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with his service & the outcome.
