Joel Ramirez came to my house multiple times to educate me on the HVAC system that would work best for my house. When I originally started shopping, I was looking for your typical AC unit until he educated me on heat pumps. There was significant rebates going on and he helped steer me into the best system for my house. I would highly recommend working with Joel for all of your Heating, cooling, plumbing & Electric needs.

Omar explained everything clearly and gave me a few quotes I asked for. We started with the most serious problem first. I’ll be scheduling for another electrical job soon.

I have an annual membership with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and use them for my home needs. Back in June I had drain blockage issues and a tech came out to help. He cleared the drain but also used a camera to examine the line and it needed more than just snaking. Today’s call out several months later was to have the line jet cleaned. Tech, Kevin, continued the standard of excellence I have come to expect with this company. He was timely, professional, clear in his explanations and friendly. He did a fantastic job and I commend him and the company for outstanding service!

I had Heart come out and replace my breakers and outlets. Omar Santana was very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to talk to and he explained things very well! Would highly recommend Heart for any electrical needs!

Rick installed a new whole-house humidifier and did a very neat, professional job. He had to get creative with working around the furnace and water heater. I was very pleased with the results.

Seneca and Gionni exceeded my expectations with their service and professionalism. I had a full panel upgrade, EV charger, hot tub shutoff and two additional 50 amp circuits for shop equipment installed by them. Seneca spent a few hours understanding my needs, detailing my current electric setup, loads and proposing several detailed options to consider. The work was completed on time and with high quality exactly the way they said it would. I would highly recommend them and Heart for any future electric work.

Man, I'm glad they sent Kevin C to solve my drainage problem in the back of my shop. Last time I called a plumber, a few years ago, it was disaster. Kevin is a real pro. He searched out the problem, snaking different lines, getting through what looked like impossible angles and got the job done. It wasn't until after he left that I noticed he had fixed a pipe under my sink. He didn't even mention it. A true craftsman and very personable. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

After a terrible experience with a new furnace install that snowballed quickly, my family decided on Heart for the new water heater and repiping, and it's been a solid choice. Taylor made a great first impression with the electrical work, and Kevin has been an ally and guide through all of the choices we've had to make - he's practically part of the fam now! All the techs have been courteous and respectful, and we appreciate the thorough and efficient work of Rick and Jon and Chris updating our unstable old piping in the basement. And thank you Trent for looking over the furnace someone else installed recently to get it running how it was intended! Heart has some great employees, they are very knowledgeable, hard-working, and all have a positive attitude that makes working with them a pleasure. I know we made the right choice with Heart, and we plan to stick with them in the future!

I met the team members at the Home and Garden show while searching for someone to replace my old, rusted swamp coolers. I had 3 different companies out on the same day for quotes. 2 companies looked things over and then left after a little small talk. The sales agent for Hear took time to talk about the company and what they can do for me. The quote was not the lowest but the warranty and service plan are what sold me on Heart. The installation was today and everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I am thoroughly satisfied with them and now I know who to turn to for all my household needs. I cannot recommend Heart enough!

David showed up promptly, explained the work that needed to be completed succinctly, and was an absolute baller and stayed all day to get it done. Company really does care about veterans

Very courteous, consenticious and friendly helping us in repair options and costs. Trent way very thorough in examining our furnace, invoking Ryan to answer questions and provide as much information as possible with a second visit. They also sent an electrician (Omar) to review other issues and price additional information for our requirements.

The company offered a well priced option for maintenance. They also provide options for financing and bundling discounts if needed.

The technicians are great to work with and very informative.

Daniel was very polite and professional. He tested the outlet, checked the lines, was able to find the issue and get things figured out and up and running again. He was very quick, cleaned up any mess he may have made. He explained everything as he was going and went over it again. In the end. Richards Sims solved my problems

Justin Reed was amazing and thoughtful and kind. He came over to a client's/friend's new townhome, that I had helped her purchase that had some plumbing issues. I walked the home with him, and as he was pointing out things, he suggested I set another appointment with my client and me so that my client could be there to understand what maintenance she would need keep the plumbing system working well.We are going back in a week or so, so that Justin can educate her on the plumbing system as she moves into her new home. Justin is awesome!

Our tankless water heater needed repaired. Justin was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough, took his time and clearly explained the issues and options for repair. I would have to say it was probably the best experience I’ve had. We’ve had 3 other plumbers out to our home in recent years but Justin was the best. Highly recommend!!

Richard reprogrammed my thermostat. I hope he succeeded where others have failed. He gave it his best shot. He did not rush. Only time will tell if he has the magic touch. I will keep the faith.

Heart Plumbing and Electric does it again. Thanks to Josh my frozen hose faucet line from the outside to the basement is all fixed, with an internal shut-off and drain outlet. Of course, the break was discovered on a Friday but Josh had it all fixed on Saturday. He also discovered a drain pipe issue in this old Denver house (120+ years) and replaced the rusting steel drain with a new drain pipe on Sunday. By Sunday everything was good to go with no mess, and he even installed a wood base in the kitchen cupboard where the old drain was. I’ve never known a plumber who also did woodwork. This is the third time Heart has come to my rescue in twelve months, once for electrical and twice for plumbing. That’s why I am a part of the Heart care plan, and when I call it is usually Brittany who says “hi”.

Plumber came very experienced, knows his job and clean our sewer line from the roots. Fair prices too.

My plumber Justin was super helpful. Professional, personable, and educational.

Seneca was a delight to work with. We had a 3 prong 220 that wasn't sufficient anymore in the basement for the clothes dryer, the breaker should've tripped, but wasn't. He replaced the dryer outlet, upgrading it to current code. While doing that, he also replaced several outlets, a couple light switches and the breakers in the breaker box while labeling them. Very appreciated and feeling safer with some of the loose outlets our 1985 cookie-cutter house had.

Kevin with Heart Plumbing saved the day. Very professional called day before to schedule Hydro clean of 2” cast iron waste water line. Kevin ran video before hydro cleaning cast iron pipe. Cleaned line to clay trap 30’ then ran camera again to insure line was clean. Heart always does a professional job.

He went beyond excellenc. However Lennox promised us their circuit board a week before it arrived. Lennox gets a one star.

Our plumber Daniel was incredible! Just bought a house in Aurora and have had several plumbing issues, initially with the toilet.the previous owners left us with a lot of issues. Daniel came in, got the work done incredibly well, and suggested we also fix several issues with our 20 year old shutoff valves. We were a bit hesitant as we weren’t sure if we were getting upsold something we didn’t need, but decided to go for it based off his recommendation. Not even a week later in a completely different part of the house, my wife broke the shower. We were SO thankful that we did the work he recommended as it saved us a LOT of headache. He also went out of his way to look at a few other parts of the house at our request. The previous owners did a lot of bad diy work, but he wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us on things we didn’t need. The only thing he pushed hard for was the thing that saved us. Thank you Daniel! Will be asking for you every time we ever have plumbing needs.

HEART seems to be a greatly improved company than the one we have dealt with 3 years ago. The new team appears to be more competent, more conscientious, and more reliable. Particular shout out to Darren and Kevin; these two guys are awesome! Three years ago we had a nightmare experience with HEART on a large project, one part of which included an installation of an underground propane line. Fast forward 3 years to present time, we realized the line has been leaking pretty significantly. Called HEART to see whether they would honor their life time warranty. Discovered the company has had a complete turn over and is now under different ownership. They still took responsibility and this time the experience was much better. We will give HEART another chance.

We had a yearly inspection that was required by the property management company. They chose Heart HCP&E to come out. We personally hand Trenton come out - what a fine young gentleman . He was really informative, had wonderful manners , and he fit us into his schedule kind of last minute which we appreciated in and of itself but he did find a bunch of problems with the furnace so it was great to know that right away instead of needing to wait. Overall a great experience and if I had to pay my own money to have these things done , I'd definitely go with these guys.

The experience I had today with Heart Heating & Plumbing, Tech Joel Ramirez today was great! This was my free annual HVAC inspection. He arrived at the time indicated. He explained what he was going to do. After he looked over everything, he showed me the HVAC system & the problems he found, He had solutions on how to fix them & took care of them. Joel was very knowledgeable & showed good customer service. He is definitely an asset to the company!

We always have good experiences with Heart’s technicians. You get texts when they’re dispatched along with a tracking link and a picture with profile, they always inspect the area and do maintenance on related systems. Extremely responsive and quick!

Justin was punctual, friendly, polite, respectful of the home, and incredibly knowledgeable re: home plumbing. He walked through the house with me, we discussed upgrades and changes that have been made, future remodeling goals, etc.. I also had him drain the hot water tank and do a water test. Justin then made a recommendation for a whole house treatment plan based on my goals, but didn't pressure me into buying anything. I look forward to having Justin back for a yearly inspection and/or future plumbing work. Highly recommend Heart for your plumbing needs!

David Loya came out to help with our Navien tankless water heater throwing out error codes 060 and 010 and shutting down. We were surprised by the diagnosis fee, which is understandably higher for a tankless water heater, but was still high. He explained that the error codes were nonspecific and would require checking pretty much every component and would take hours. In the end the diagnosis fee was very reasonable because any parts they needed would be covered under the fee. David cleaned the entire unit, fixed some issues with venting on the outside of the house, and replaced a part all for the original diagnosis fee. We felt very well taken care of and appreciated the high level attention to detail. I highly recommend them for maintenance especially on more complicated setups like a tankless water heater.
