Trenton Barrance was personable, skilled, and throughal in inspecting my HVAC for the upcoming heat. Thumbs up (finally) on my newer system after past costly fixes. $0 cost with monthly membership that was around $20 per month. I am discontinuing membership going forward.

All Heart technicians are great, but Don went above and beyond by making suggestions and recommendations. Daniel came our 4/15 to look at our drainage issue and was another fantastic Heart representative. Very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend him and Heart!

Trenton did an excellent job with the seasonal inspection of my HVAC unit.

Daniel was very polite and professional. He tested the outlet, checked the lines, was able to find the issue and get things figured out and up and running again. He was very quick, cleaned up any mess he may have made. He explained everything as he was going and went over it again. In the end. I ended up signing up for the care package for other services in my home. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Heart Heating, Cooling, plumbing & Electric.

He replaced the capacitor for us and made some recommendations without any pressure. We’re very pleased with our decision to have Heart replace our system years ago and their continued maintenance of the equipment.

Kitchen sink replacement, plumbing adjustments, and new garbage disposal.

All the technicians work to do a good job and are willing to explain what they're doing. They always review what they've done. All have been polite and helpful. 6/5/2025 Update: Had continuing bathroom sink drain problems from poorly done builder piping with non-code materials. The technician, Darren, replaced that with well-executed, clean piping. Sinks now drain like a charm. Beautifully done work, quick and efficient. Just had Ben check my heating system for the upcoming winter. One of the benefits of (inexpensive) membership is free, regular system checks (heating, cooling, & plumbing); also discounts on service work. Well worth the minimal cost. I've never had problems with Heart. Ben also gave advice on protecting my systems during upcoming basement remodeling. 4/9/2026 Update: Continued excellent service by Heart. Ben checked and tuned my cooling system for the summer and added a compressor saver to the a/c to soften the power surge when the system starts, thereby extending system life. As always, quick and efficient work and clear explanations.

I have an annual contract with Heart. That means I get a free turn on for my evaporative cooler. Nick Levea came by today and did all the work quickly and professionally. (He also shut it down last fall so he knows my system). He was on time and did a great, professional job. Btw, with my contract, I also get free boiler and plumbing inspections.

I had a great experience with Daniel C. from Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric. He was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything—he took the time to walk me through the issue, the solution, and what to expect, which made me feel confident and informed. Daniel was also very respectful of my home and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service, but he definitely delivered on all fronts. I have a plugged sewer line and ended up calling heart plumbing and they Say send Kevin Corrigan out to my house. This guy is the nicest most knowledgeable person I could ever ask for. He truly gave it 120% and did everything in his power to fix the problem He is a master of his craft. I will never call in different company again for my plumbing needs. You should feel 100% confident in heart plumbing and especially in Kevin if you’re lucky enough to get him.

Richard did a great job working on our furnace. Heart got out really quick and they stand by their warranty.

Daniel with Heart Plumbing was very knowledgeable in identifying multiple plumbing issues that go along with an aging property and communicating those needs for repair. The initial quote was comprehensive. Although it was a bit costly, I felt the work was within reason for all that needed to be completed. Daniel showed up on time and diligently worked the entire day without a break or lunch to complete multiple jobs. This was my first time using Heart Plumbing but I will not hesitate to call them in the future when necessery work needs to be done. The warranty on their work is also worth noting when plumbing repairs are completed. Daniel is a real asset to Heart Plumbing providing excellent customer service!! Also, thanks to the office staff that was so receptive during my initial call to arrange service.

Ryan, Josh, Victor and John did a great job installing our new heating and air-conditioning systems today. They arrived on time we’re ready to work and we’re very pleasant throughout the process. They kept us informed and explained everything once the systems were up and running. We have always been pleased with hearts services, and this was no exception.

Ben was punctual, friendly, polite, respectful of the home, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was busy with work today, but Ben did his thing after I showed him around, he took lots of pics and walked me through his findings at the end. Ben, then made a few recommendations to protect our AC systems, but didn't pressure me into buying anything. I look forward to having Ben back for future HVAC work. Highly recommend Heart for your HVAC needs!

Embarking on the replacement of an HVAC system is never an easy step to take with the possible cost and the overall chang. It definitely was not a decision we took lightly. But I will say I am beyond impressed with the team I got to meet today. HEART sent HVAC Tech, Nick for this year's HVAC inspection. He was great. A good communicator and seemed quite thorough and knowledgable. On time and considerate of my home, too. He checked everything out and provided a really detailed report, with photos of everything. He noted the capacitor was leaking and would need to be replaced soon. I decided to do it now given I anticipate a really hot summer this year and want it in tip-top shape. I got the turbo, just to be extra sure! There was another item he mentioned, but he said I should be able to wait to take care of it. Just keep it in mind for the future (and he let me know what the current cost was for the job). I was very pleased with the experience. I've worked with Heart for years now and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the techs they have sent. Not only knowledgeable but nice people, too.

I recently had Heart come out for routine maintenance on my A/C unit. James G. showed up on time and called me when he was on his way. He was very thorough with his work and knowledgeable of my particular A/C unit. He answered all my questions and provided several recommendations and solutions without the pressure of using high sales tactics and simply trying to upsell a product like many contractors do. Job well done James, thank you for your assistance.

I am a property manager and use Heart for a few houses that I manage. They communicate timing and issues very well. Trent was amazing today and was very thorough.

We had a new furnace installed by HEART yesterday The HVAC technicians, Victor and Josh and the electricians, Daniel and Gionni were great. I am a person with many questions, especially with purchases of this size, and the team answered all of them respectfully. The company also has what sounds like the best warranty. Only time will tell, but so far, the service and communication has been great. I received texts about thei arrival with the names and photos of the technicians so I knew who was arriving. To protect our floors, they put shoe covers on, covers on the floor path to the furnace, and they cleaned up their work areas. I am impressed so far. Their prices are also competitve and no high pressure sales.The salesperson, Victor, was also very knowledgeable about the products and services.

We have been highly impressed with Heart. Every technician that has been part of inspecting and installing our new HVAC system and hot water heater were very professional and personable. They communicated well and did thorough work. We especially appreciated Justin A and Jon E who installed our HVAC as well as Daniel C who took care of our plumbing.

Kevin responded quickly to our complaint of a small amount of water in the basement. He attempted to clear the line, sent a camera through and finally found that the line to the sewer was cracked, and several joints were disturbed enough to displace the pipe to Where almost nothing could get through. Ultimately, we had to have a New pipe from the house to the sewer line in the street He arranged for the repairs to happen quickly, and his crew tried to minimize any Disturbance to our lawn and concrete Kevin explained everything as we went along and tried to give me as many breaks on the final price As he Could. He was very professional, efficient and pleasant, and he stayed in contact with me at all times during the work

When I originally started shopping, I was looking for your typical AC unit until he educated me on heat pumps. There was significant rebates going on and he helped steer me into the best system for my house. I would highly recommend working with Joel for all of your Heating, cooling, plumbing & Electric needs.

Omar explained everything clearly and gave me a few quotes I asked for. We started with the most serious problem first. I’ll be scheduling for another electrical job soon.

I have an annual membership with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and use them for my home needs. Back in June I had drain blockage issues and a tech came out to help. He cleared the drain but also used a camera to examine the line and it needed more than just snaking. Today’s call out several months later was to have the line jet cleaned. Tech, Kevin, continued the standard of excellence I have come to expect with this company. He was timely, professional, clear in his explanations and friendly. He did a fantastic job and I commend him and the company for outstanding service!

I had Heart come out and replace my breakers and outlets. Omar Santana was very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to talk to and he explained things very well! Would highly recommend Heart for any electrical needs!

Rick installed a new whole-house humidifier and did a very neat, professional job. He had to get creative with working around the furnace and water heater. I was very pleased with the results.

Seneca and Gionni exceeded my expectations with their service and professionalism. I had a full panel upgrade, EV charger, hot tub shutoff and two additional 50 amp circuits for shop equipment installed by them. Seneca spent a few hours understanding my needs, detailing my current electric setup, loads and proposing several detailed options to consider. The work was completed on time and with high quality exactly the way they said it would. I would highly recommend them and Heart for any future electric work.

Man, I'm glad they sent Kevin C to solve my drainage problem in the back of my shop. Last time I called a plumber, a few years ago, it was disaster. Kevin is a real pro. He searched out the problem, snaking different lines, getting through what looked like impossible angles and got the job done. It wasn't until after he left that I noticed he had fixed a pipe under my sink. He didn't even mention it. A true craftsman and very personable. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

After a terrible experience with a new furnace install that snowballed quickly, my family decided on Heart for the new water heater and repiping, and it's been a solid choice. Taylor made a great first impression with the electrical work, and Kevin has been an ally and guide through all of the choices we've had to make - he's practically part of the fam now! All the techs have been courteous and respectful, and we appreciate the thorough and efficient work of Rick and Jon and Chris updating our unstable old piping in the basement. And thank you Trent for looking over the furnace someone else installed recently to get it running how it was intended! Heart has some great employees, they are very knowledgeable, hard-working, and all have a positive attitude that makes working with them a pleasure. I met the team members at the Home and Garden show while searching for someone to replace my old, rusted swamp coolers. I had 3 different companies out on the same day for quotes. 2 companies looked things over and then left after a little small talk. The sales agent for Hear took time to talk about the company and what they can do for me. The quote was not the lowest but the warranty and service plan are what sold me on Heart. The installation was today and everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I am thoroughly satisfied with them and now I know who to turn to for all my household needs. I cannot recommend Heart enough!

David showed up promptly, explained the work that needed to be completed succinctly, and was an absolute baller and stayed all day to get it done. Seneca was fantastically helpful in diagnosing and fixing some annoying ground faults we’ve had with our house since purchasing it. He did a great job of explaining things at my own electrical knowledge and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Company really does care about veterans

Very courteous, consenticious and friendly helping us in repair options and costs. Trent way very thorough in examining our furnace, invoking Ryan to answer questions and provide as much information as possible with a second visit. They also sent an electrician (Omar) to review other issues and price additional information for our requirements.

The company offered a well priced option for maintenance. They also provide options for financing and bundling discounts if needed.

The technicians are great to work with and very informative.

Daniel was very polite and professional. He tested the outlet, checked the lines, was able to find the issue and get things figured out and up and running again. He was very quick, cleaned up any mess he may have made. He explained everything as he was going and went over it again. In the end. I ended up signing up for the care package for other services in my home. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Heart Heating, Cooling, plumbing & Electric.

Justin Reed was amazing and thoughtful and kind. He came over to a client's/friend's new townhome, that I had helped her purchase that had some plumbing issues. I walked the home with him, and as he was pointing out things, he suggested I set another appointment with my client and me so that my client could be there to understand what maintenance she would need keep the plumbing system working well.We are going back in a week or so, so that Justin can educate her on the plumbing system as she moves into her new home. Justin is awesome!

Our tankless water heater needed repaired. Justin was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough, took his time and clearly explained the issues and options for repair. I would have to say it was probably the best experience I’ve had. We’ve had 3 other plumbers out to our home in recent years but Justin was the best. Highly recommend!!

Richard reprogrammed my thermostat. I hope he succeeded where others have failed. He gave it his best shot. He did not rush. Only time will tell if he has the magic touch. I will keep the faith.
