(April 2026) Thank you to Robert Carpenter (electrical inspection) for coming out and being patient while he hunted for my poorly placed GFCI outlet (in a random closet of all places, behind the door, in the basement) for my outside outlets. He was quick, thoughtful of my house / space, and helpful with suggestions, reasons, and options. Also, thank you, David Loya (plumbing inspection) for taking care of my plumbing system and sharing his findings and quotes! And then especially Trenton Barrance, who I worked with a couple months ago when my house wasn't heating. He came to do the HVAC (furnace and AC) inspection this time and found some performance issues with my AC. He worked with me to answer my questions and concerns around the work to be done as well as coordinating with his team for a follow-up to dive deeper into the AC issues on a day when I'm available so we can find the right solution. Thank you for all the great help! EDIT: Did an installation of BOTH my AC and Water Heater and am very pleased with the service. Richard B, Ryan S, and Justin A all were involved for effectively the entire day and was able to adjust quickly with my sprinkler activation crew arriving early afternoon to get the water back on in time. Work itself looks professional and like they took quality care in ensuring it is all installed and working well. They then did a helpful walkthrough of all the changes and new units so I can feel comfortable with how things look and are set up. The three of them appeared as a team working well together and coordinating seamlessly. Overall, exceptional work! Thank you!

We had an issue with a kitchen sink drain overflow. Daniel C came out, recognized the problem and a faulty design by the plumber who did the prior work, and replumbed the drain in a better, more effective and cleaner design. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We’ve been very pleased with all of the work Heart has done for us.

Heart was able to see me with very short notice for some electrical repair work. Omar Santana was the electrician they sent over, and he was extremely helpful. Took him only a few minutes to identify the issue, and shortly after that was able to repair everything and get me back up and running again. He also took some time to walk through and explain how various things worked and provided some advice for troubleshooting other issues in the future. He was helpful, quick, and knowledgable. We've used Heart for HVAC and now electrical repairs and have only good good experiences with them. Definitely recommended!

Daniel Corpuz ran a camera down my main sewer drain for a quote to replace the line. He was on time and answered all of my questions. I felt I was in very good hands.

Seneca was very caring and understood the problem that we are having with our attic fan. He came up with another option that does not require putting another hole in the roof and having to deal with repairs to the shingles. Seneca took the time to explain different plans and recommendations that would help with maintaining a healthy home for the future. My wife and I enjoyed having someone that took the time and explain what is needed for our house. He is very professional in what he does and we recommend him for any consultations and solutions to any electrical problems.

I recently had Matt perform a furnace inspection and Evaporative cooler shutdown and I am very happy with his work.

We had a repeat issue of some water damage causing some electrical issues - after such a great experience with Heart the last time around, I called them again. Scheduling was quick and simple, and Omar Santana came out and did a great job of assessing the problem and swapping out my damaged recessed lights! He was thorough in making sure everything matched, and I greatly appreciated his knowledge and courtesy. While it's never fun to need repairs, it's a huge relief to know of a company that's trustworthy and reliable; I will continue to use and recommend Heart!

My furnace needed some care and a friend referred me to Heart. This was the best Heating business I have dealt with in a long time. From the beginning of the first phone call to their office until the guys left after they serviced the furnace. They are courteous and efficient. My furnace is in my crawlspace and their showed me pictures of what they did. The service was excellent and their prices are so reasonable. Highly recommend. 4/15/25 Justin A. came out today to start up my swamp cooler. I love this company. He promptly called before he came out to my house. He spent time explaining what he did, and also informed me of the many other services they perform with a Heart Membership. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my Heating, Cooling, Electrical and plumbing needs.

Robert Carpenter came out to replace a bad breaker that had left us in the dark. He was super kind and knowledgeable and we highly recommend him.

I requested to have a plumber come out to check my lines from a toilet overflow. Thank goodness Daniel Corpuz checked my water heater as well!!!! He noticed corrosion all over this seemingly 4-year-old water heater and suggested it be replaced immediately. When he was able to book me the very next day. When he pulled the "old" one out it leaked a bit into the neighbor's garage. Thank goodness we replaced today before it became a much bigger & much more expensive issue. Thank you Daniel for being so observant, friendly, professional & quiet in doing the work. I greatly appreciate everything you did! Richard Sims with Heart came to my home to set up the cooling system for the season. He was prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and congenial. Heart under its new management is making and keeping its service promises and has a team of solid professionals.

Justin and Jon did a great job installing my new Heat Pump, with all new piping and duct-work to integrate it with my old furnace. I wish the equipment cost less, but I'm glad to have quality work done so that I can feel confident that the new system will last as long or longer than the old one did. I also really appreciate the Heart warranty, and the Heart Care Plan, to keep my whole HVAC running smoothly.

Omar Santana & Robert Carpenter showed up on time, were very polite and professional. Explained the issue I was having, and they immediately started looking into things. They were very kind in explaining to me what the issue was and that just a fireplace just takes longer to turn on now. Trenton Barrance was personable, skilled, and throughal in inspecting my HVAC for the upcoming heat. Thumbs up (finally) on my newer system after past costly fixes. $0 cost with monthly membership that was around $20 per month. I am discontinuing membership going forward.

Kitchen sink replacement, plumbing adjustments, and new garbage disposal.

All the technicians work to do a good job and are willing to explain what they're doing. They always review what they've done. All have been polite and helpful. 6/5/2025 Update: Had continuing bathroom sink drain problems from poorly done builder piping with non-code materials. The technician, Darren, replaced that with well-executed, clean piping. Sinks now drain like a charm. Beautifully done work, quick and efficient. Just had Ben check my heating system for the upcoming winter. One of the benefits of (inexpensive) membership is free, regular system checks (heating, cooling, & plumbing); also discounts on service work. Well worth the minimal cost. I've never had problems with Heart. Ben also gave advice on protecting my systems during upcoming basement remodeling. 4/9/2026 Update: Continued excellent service by Heart. Ben checked and tuned my cooling system for the summer and added a compressor saver to the a/c to soften the power surge when the system starts, thereby extending system life. As always, quick and efficient work and clear explanations.

I have an annual contract with Heart. That means I get a free turn on for my evaporative cooler. Nick Levea came by today and did all the work quickly and professionally. (He also shut it down last fall so he knows my system). He was on time and did a great, professional job. Btw, with my contract, I also get free boiler and plumbing inspections.

I have a plugged sewer line and ended up calling heart plumbing and they Say send Kevin Corrigan out to my house. This guy is the nicest most knowledgeable person I could ever ask for. He truly gave it 120% and did everything in his power to fix the problem He is a master of his craft. I will never call in different company again for my plumbing needs. You should feel 100% confident in heart plumbing and especially in Kevin if you’re lucky enough to get him.

Richard did a great job working on our furnace. Heart got out really quick and they stand by their warranty.

Daniel with Heart Plumbing was very knowledgeable in identifying multiple plumbing issues that go along with an aging property and communicating those needs for repair. The initial quote was comprehensive. Although it was a bit costly, I felt the work was within reason for all that needed to be completed. Daniel showed up on time and diligently worked the entire day without a break or lunch to complete multiple jobs. This was my first time using Heart Plumbing but I will not hesitate to call them in the future when necessery work needs to be done. The warranty on their work is also worth noting when plumbing repairs are completed. Daniel is a real asset to Heart Plumbing providing excellent customer service!! Also, thanks to the office staff that was so receptive during my initial call to arrange service.

Ryan, Josh, Victor and John did a great job installing our new heating and air-conditioning systems today. They arrived on time we’re ready to work and we’re very pleasant throughout the process. They kept us informed and explained everything once the systems were up and running. We have always been pleased with hearts services, and this was no exception.

Ben was punctual, friendly, polite, respectful of the home, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was busy with work today, but Ben did his thing after I showed him around, he took lots of pics and walked me through his findings at the end. Ben, then made a few recommendations to protect our AC systems, but didn't pressure me into buying anything. I look forward to having Ben back for future HVAC work. HEART sent HVAC Tech, Nick for this year's HVAC inspection. He was great. A good communicator and seemed quite thorough and knowledgable. On time and considerate of my home, too. He checked everything out and provided a really detailed report, with photos of everything. He noted the capacitor was leaking and would need to be replaced soon. I decided to do it now given I anticipate a really hot summer this year and want it in tip-top shape. I got the turbo, just to be extra sure! There was another item he mentioned, but he said I should be able to wait to take care of it. Just keep it in mind for the future (and he let me know what the current cost was for the job). I was very pleased with the experience. I've worked with Heart for years now and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the techs they have sent. Not only knowledgeable but nice people, too.

I recently had Heart come out for routine maintenance on my A/C unit. James G. showed up on time and called me when he was on his way. He was very thorough with his work and knowledgeable of my particular A/C unit. He answered all my questions and provided several recommendations and solutions without the pressure of using high sales tactics and simply trying to upsell a product like many contractors do. I am a property manager and use Heart for a few houses that I manage. They communicate timing and issues very well. Trent was amazing today and was very thorough.

We had a new furnace installed by HEART yesterday The HVAC technicians, Victor and Josh and the electricians, Daniel and Gionni were great. I am a person with many questions, especially with purchases of this size, and the team answered all of them respectfully. The company also has what sounds like the best warranty. Only time will tell, but so far, the service and communication has been great. I received texts about thei arrival with the names and photos of the technicians so I knew who was arriving. To protect our floors, they put shoe covers on, covers on the floor path to the furnace, and they cleaned up their work areas. I am impressed so far. Their prices are also competitve and no high pressure sales.The salesperson, Victor, was also very knowledgeable about the products and services.

We have been highly impressed with Heart. Every technician that has been part of inspecting and installing our new HVAC system and hot water heater were very professional and personable. They communicated well and did thorough work. We especially appreciated Justin A and Jon E who installed our HVAC as well as Daniel C who took care of our plumbing.

Richard did the inspection for my furnace and explained everything that he was doing. Was very informative and thorough. Also called ahead as I requested so I could put the dog out (which turned out not to be necessary). Great guy and very knowledgeable! Richard was great. Took his time with everything and was very helpful informative. Very nice person and very polite and helpful.

You guys were able to accommodate an urgent request for an emergency. Thank you Kevin is a rock star. Loved his baseball background as well as plumbing skills and research to help me with a bigger fix later

Kevin responded quickly to our complaint of a small amount of water in the basement. He attempted to clear the line, sent a camera through and finally found that the line to the sewer was cracked, and several joints were disturbed enough to displace the pipe to Where almost nothing could get through. Ultimately, we had to have a New pipe from the house to the sewer line in the street He arranged for the repairs to happen quickly, and his crew tried to minimize any Disturbance to our lawn and concrete Kevin explained everything as we went along and tried to give me as many breaks on the final price As he Could. He was very professional, efficient and pleasant, and he stayed in contact with me at all times during the work

He left things clean when he left. I am very grateful that we used them and I definitely will again Ben Miller came to do a air conditioner tune up. He was very thorough and honest. I liked that he told us all that he found and then what he would definitely do and that which could wait. He was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day so we didn't have to wait.

Joel Ramirez came to my house multiple times to educate me on the HVAC system that would work best for my house. When I originally started shopping, I was looking for your typical AC unit until he educated me on heat pumps. There was significant rebates going on and he helped steer me into the best system for my house. I would highly recommend working with Joel for all of your Heating, cooling, plumbing & Electric needs.

Omar explained everything clearly and gave me a few quotes I asked for. We started with the most serious problem first. I’ll be scheduling for another electrical job soon.

I have an annual membership with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and use them for my home needs. Back in June I had drain blockage issues and a tech came out to help. He cleared the drain but also used a camera to examine the line and it needed more than just snaking. Today’s call out several months later was to have the line jet cleaned. Tech, Kevin, continued the standard of excellence I have come to expect with this company. He was timely, professional, clear in his explanations and friendly. He did a fantastic job and I commend him and the company for outstanding service!

I had Heart come out and replace my breakers and outlets. Omar Santana was very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to talk to and he explained things very well! Would highly recommend Heart for any electrical needs!

Rick installed a new whole-house humidifier and did a very neat, professional job. He had to get creative with working around the furnace and water heater. I was very pleased with the results.
