Richard is the best Heart technician I've ever worked with. On-time; efficient, and helped me understand what happened. Knowledgeable and so kind.

Our evaporative cooler has some rust-caused leaks in the pan. James was super nice and helpful and clearly walked through my options. We haven't done any work with them yet, but I'd happily continue working with them.

Joel came out and looked over everything and explained my options from low cost to complete replacement. They were very patient with me since I don’t know much about HVAC. I felt they were very trustworthy. Riley came out and gave me a bid to do the replacement. Fair price for the work they will be doing.

Joel did an outstanding job during the maintenance check on our AC system. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He thoroughly inspected the system, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s rare to find technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely customer-focused, and Joel definitely exceeded expectations. Ben Miller provided phenomenal guidance on correcting an issue where buying a replacement thermostat on Amazon led to finding out it was a stolen product. He saved us $3k and gave advice on who to talk to and what next steps should be.

We were having problems with our air conditioning unit. Heart's technician, Joel Ramirez, quickly diagnosed and rectified the problem. He then performed a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. During the inspection he found a problem unrelated to the original and we are now in the process of addressing it. Joel was on time, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The electrician, Robert, was very professional in detecting the problem.

My hot water heater needed replaced. Heart heating and plumbing came out to replace it. My technician was Danial. He did a wonderful job. He was polite and put up with my dogs. I don’t know a lot about plumbing but it looked better than anything the past company did. He also installed something to help with my hard water build up. I had asked the past company about the build up but they said there was nothing I could do beyond my water softener. It’s nice to have knowledgeable people working on your house projects.

They were much more thorough than other companies. I felt like I could trust their work. Will follow up if anything bad happens.
